Here are some of the most frequently asked questions:
How much can I expect to save?

What is my responsibility?
How much can I expect to save?
Most of our customers save between 30%-50%
off their local store's sale price. We never discount
from suggested retail price, as they are often inflated.
Our prices include only the wholesale cost of the furniture
and our broker fee.

How do I order?
Determine the brand and model numbers
of the items you have selected. Model numbers are available
on most manufacturers' brochures, as well as most retailers'
floor samples. Also, note any fabric numbers on upolstered
pieces including fabric color and grade.
Obtain a price quote by calling us toll free at 1-888-879-1618
or by using the "obtain
quote" portion of our website. Your customer
service representative will quote a guaranteed low price
on the furniture you have selected. Depending on where
you live, an in-home delivery fee will be provided at
that time as well.
If you would like to order at this time, a written estimate
will be mailed, faxed, or e-mailed to you. Pictures
will be included with your estimate to ensure accuracy.
Place your order by signing a copy of the estimate and
return it with a 50% deposit. Note any necessary changes
on your estimate. Unless we are otherwise notified,
your furniture will be delivered as written.
When your order is received a written invoice noting
your deposit and estimated delivery date will be sent
to you. The balance is due when your furniture arrives
at our shipper's warehouse.

How will my furniture be delivered?
Your new furniture will be brought to
you by an in-home delivery company that specializes
in the handling of new furniture. Your furniture will
first ship directly from the factory to the in-home
delivery company.
JBC Brokers will notify you of its arrival in the shipper's
warehouse. The delivery company will then contact you
approximately three days prior to delivery for directions,
providing the day of delivery and a three to four hour
delivery window.
The delivery personnel will unpack and inspect your
new furniture before setting it up in your home. The
freight charges must be paid upon delivery by cashiers'
check or money order to the delivery person.

What if something arrives damaged?
All shipments are fully insured against
damage. By working with respected in-home delivery companies,
as well as a network of professional furniture repairmen,
JBC Brokers offers service and support unparralled in
the industry. JBC Brokers will make sure your furniture
is repaired or replaced to your satisfaction.
Most furniture is manufactured from natural materials
that will include minor flaws and imperfections. These
natural characteristics add to a piece's beauty and
charm and should not be viewed as defects. Damages,
however, do occur and are always handled in a timely
manner. Minor scratches will be touched-up by the delivery
personel. If an item requires professional repair, your
customer service representative will help you determine
whether it should be returned to the warehouse and re-delivered,
or repaired in your home. Furniture that cannot be repaired
will be replaced free of charge.

What is my responsibility?
JBC Brokers strives to provide the absolute
lowest prices possible while still delivering service
and customer support comparable to your local store.
We are not, however, your local store, and therefore
certain areas of the order and delivery process become
your responsibility in order to enjoy the drastic discounts
JBC Brokers provides.
Upon receiving your written estimate, please check all
information carefully, including delivery address and
phone numbers, model numbers, and fabric information
for accuracy. Unless otherwise notified, your order
will be delivered as written.
Prior to placing your order, measure all necessary doorways,
stairwells, and around any corners needed to ensure
that your new furniture is deliverable. Your customer
service representative can provide dimensions of the
furniture you have selected. Any furniture that will
not fit in your home cannot be returned.
Please have your rooms cleared and ready to accept the
new furniture. Due to time constraints and insurance
purposes, the delivery personnel cannot move any other
furniture in your home.
The in-home delivery company is also not allowed to
remove any packaging material. Please make arrangements
to discard any carboard or crating from which your new
furniture will arrive.
You will also be responsible for dusting your furniture,
attaching any mirrors and placing any shelves inside
curios or armoires.
Because production and delivery delays can occur, please
be patient for your furniture to arrive. If you require
your new furniture for a specific date, we recommend
buying from a local store. While ordering through JBC
Brokers will provide the lowest price, our delivery
times are often 3 to 4 weeks longer than your local
merchant.
